		<description>Thanks for the comment Ashley.  It is interesting how many martial artists don't audibly breathe.  There is a train of thought out there that audibly breath will make it easier for your opponent to find a rhythm to your technique, thus making your offense less effective.  I tend to disagree with that idea.  Most boxers tend to have an audible breath as they execute a punch and all of the high level practitioners I know do breath.  

Whether or not our breath is very audible or not, I believe the core principle we can learn here is that your breath MUST match your movement.</description>

		<description>I really like the thoughts you listed on the two types of breathing...interesting!  I really learned much about breathing while practicing with you and I am very surprised how many Martial Artist don't audibly breathe!  I can't imagine not "making some sounds" now in all my techniques.  I am going to try and incorporate the two different sounds (Sh, and Ch) and see what happens. Ha! It makes total sense that different noises would construct different energies!  I am going to have to experiment....</description>
